Domino's Pizza

So I order pizza's at 7:30 p.m and its 9:40 p.m and still no food ready I went to the store to pick up my order and they told me it would be an additional 30 min so I called about 9:20 to check on the status and spoke to "Jennifer" she states that they were loosing tickets and they probably could make my pizza's. My question to her was well when would we get our food tonight, tomorrow, next week? I can understand they were busy but you have to plan when you are doing big specials like this and to top it off they ran out of crust!!!! Needless to say I canceled my order because I had to feed my kids. I will not be participating in this special anymore!!!!
